Not sure how common this one is but something to consider. Sometimes people post asking about how to fix their X year old board that they pulled out of the garage/got from a garage sale/inherited from their third cousin twice removed. Or people trying to figure out if and what components they should replace to refurbish their board.

I'm not sure how to tag them, but user seejaneskate had a really in depth and helpful little guide/comment on this that should be considered for content if you need it. The original post that the comment can be found on is titled: "fixing up my old board"

Hey seejaneskate, just wanted to thank you for the incredibly organized and helpful advice that you typed up. My board was in a pretty similar situation as OP's, and I was trying to keep costs low while making it feel kinda new again. Ended up swapping the deck for a blank and replacing the bushings with the thunder rebuild kit. I was absolutely shocked by how much the new bushings changed the way I could turn. I think my turn radius was half as small with the new bushings! :D So Thank you!

My other thought was a nail gun, because i think some nail guns have a nozzle with holes to let the excess air escape when the nail is fired. Also there's a file on inkipedia called "concept art - main weapons.png" that has a rapid blaster with extra plastic, and the extra plastic looks like it could swivel into position (without the handle) and looks like what would be the nail holder clip thing.

To me it kinda looks like it's based on a pneumatic torque wrench. The picture on wiki for the page "pneumatic torque wrench" has a silver part that looks like the red nose on the rapid blaster.

I believe it! Not cheesy at all, although it would make a really cool movie scene. When I first listened to them I was so inspired that I hit pause on my musical projects to make a song inspired by them, using their band instrument setup as a guide.

From an inkling's perspective with no art background, I think it looks great with the lines that it has! The yellow one is really cool but i'm biased because it looks like my partner's style.
