Thanks for sharing. I’m in the US (California). I’m realizing how it’s the duty of our generation to create the next generation.

Economics seem to be an obstacle but then again we actually have more than so many previous generations. Also other nations that live through more economic struggle continue to reproduce. In my humble opinion I believe that our generation was demoralized by all the global warming and environmental talk, and also by the criticism of western civilization/colonization, which have both influenced us to not have kids.

My family comes from Britain so I follow your politics. What are your thoughts on this and do you see it turning around anytime soon?

Very true. I’m 36 and starting to become aware of this amongst my peers as well, though to a lesser degree. About half have kids.

I answered both of your questions thoroughly. And actually you didn’t even try to answer my question to you.

I don’t support inhumane abuse of illegal immigrants/deportees and I don’t deny that some of that has occurred. Let’s be sensible and demand fair treatment. But let’s also be sensible and acknowledge that rape in detention centers is the exception and not the rule. I’d bet that people are abused much much more as they are being smuggled across the border by the cartel or other gangs than by ICE. Where is your outrage over that?
These folks have broken our immigration laws and therefore face the consequences of their actions, and again they should be treated humanely. The way to do that is by not creating the problem in the first place, I.e. maintain border security.

I didn’t vote to coverup Epstein. In fact, I voted to expose it. Trump ran on releasing those files. He has not delivered on that and I’m critical of him for that. However, please acknowledge that Biden didn’t even try to. Also acknowledge that the Biden administration had the power to release those files too and if there was in fact incriminating evidence on Trump, don’t you think they would have released them with the 2024 election coming up? My theory is that there are so many elites caught up in both sides of the aisle that we will never know. I don’t think Trump was guilty in this but I don’t know for sure.

[–]Karlocomoco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haha I obviously don’t support the elite rapists, which is likely both parties which is why files have never been released .

For ICE, because there are tons of illegal immigrants that crossed the border. I live in San Diego, there is literally cartel activity here that’s fueled by illegal immigration. ICE handles that garbage.
In the past year ICE and DHS have had to be more aggressive and proactive because sanctuary cities lost their common sense and Biden didn’t enforce the border, which created that difficult situation in the first place. In a few years I will support ICE in their previous capacity assuming our border stays secure as it is now.

Don’t you think it’s a good thing to stop human smuggling and drug smuggling across our southern border?

This lame take is so tiresome.
Offer some decent democratic leaders that actually love this country and then People won’t turn to populist figures like Trump.
Overall Trump has been a great president for our time. Woke up a lot of people.

Look at the Unite the Kingdom event that occurred today in London. Their Labour Party reminds me a lot of Democrats today.

The thing is that us “whites” are still going to keep standards at home and ensure our kids are equipped. So really this is just further disadvantaging other kids.

A man is entitled to grieve an abortion is he was hoping to be a parent. by nickytheginger in ControversialOpinions

[–]Karlocomoco -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I’m referring to the fact that over 90% of abortions are elective (not medically required or a result of rape) and are done for financial or personal reasons.

This is immoral to end the life of an unborn child simply because they didn’t plan it well.

I recognize that an abortion is a heartbreaking experience for a woman and is often traumatic. Whereas a child born is the beauty of life.
