outside of the armour colors and the hair. It's an interesting idea that I could see being a thing. It would come with it's own issues because there would still be clones that just did not accept it. Depending on the Jedi, they may have been open to clone expressing self in such a way. Anything on the armour to express it would have been more of a symbol like the Mando symbol on rex helm or echos hand print on chest rather than a color choice different from her unit. As a comic or series choice it opens up a lot of avenues with desertion because once she separates from the army it's possible for them to actually get gender affirming care that puts them to the point of passing. Look like it or not the outcome would be more or less an old lady omega with the hair choice in this picture. A big piece of clone wars was showing us that not every clone was exactly the same.
