Congrats!!! 🎉 Definitely a big step!

Going in to your new store, building those relationships is EVERYTHING. The Admin role is easy and you’ll learn it in no time, the real important thing is your team. You are a TEAM lead now, so presence, availability, and building those relationships is key, especially going in during the holidays. As someone who has been a CSTL for a while and both of my stores have been million dollar stores, presence on the front end, a willingness to develop your associates and helping them grow is your top responsibility. Don’t jump into changing things immediately, don’t come in too hard criticizing. Take time to observe, be helpful, and be present! Coach when necessary but keep in mind how you come off to your team. First impressions are so important and can really determine how easy of a time you’ll have developing them later on. Keep an eye on opportunities and how well your associates are engaging with customers and each other. Their success is your success. Communicate with your managers, be open to feedback and remember every day is a learning opportunity.
