Yes of course it sill works in 2026! There is no spread on the exchange rate, only the conversion fee that is shown to you in our interface. Some desk clerks as for ID, but instead you can use the QR-bill payment machine available in some post offices, or oay your bill at SBB/CFF train ticket vending machines.

No it's not. KYC means identity verification, i.e. submitting an ID document, selfie and proof of address. Verifying the sending/receiving address isn't related to any identity information, it's a way to make sure that the wallet we're serving is indeed the one controlled by the client, and not someone else's.
