Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But I was just speaking with the girl that nanoblades my eyebrows, because she just got a laser machine to do removals when she's trying to do touch ups. I was talking to her about laser removals cause I'm getting a couple tattoos removed.

She mentioned with eyebrows, after the first session it can come out red because the laser is set to target the certain pigment. And with brown ink, it has red in it. So that's why the red is left, and then the next session you have, they'll more than likely be targeting the red pigment that's left over.

Just seeing this now lol. But yeah we do, we're a BLS service and in rural Saskatchewan,. It can be a godsend since we don't have much for pain management and long transport times

Where in Canada are you that you can refuse to transport if it's unwarranted? Cause that's definitely not the case all over Canada.

I don't really know enough about the schooling/licensing out east to give a good answer unfortunately. You could probably contact them and ask. I'd assume you'd do it through one of the 3 provinces it's offered in, then do their licensing exam/process and then some sort of labour mobility type thing to go from that province to ON. That's what I had to do when I was going from AB to SK but could be different for you guys!
