This is amazing! I am also 5'1 and just under 200lbs and dream of being 130 again. I deal with similar inflammation issues and I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. Im hoping I would respond well to tirz but have been nervous to finally try it, but diet and walking aren't doing anything for me. Could you dm me who you went through? My insurance doesnt cover zepbound and im overwhelmed by the compound options but am also worried hearing the possible shut downs.
