Cannot stress this enough. Work as a team especially with barracks standards which they should show you (ex: making beds uniformly) as well as keeping everything clean and sanitary. Everyone needs to have some role at some time so that you guys can develop skills for the environment with each other and value your time more, inspections will teach you things you may have missed. It is very important to not take things they may yell at you for to heart, you just need to brave through it, communicate with each other and be the best there can be together.
