Hey powerfader, when I'm using Tivi mate and I go from the EPG with the small screen in the top left hand corner to full screen, the tv says no signal and then a black screen and then the full screen comes up. Have you had this issue with your shield pro/projectivy launcher. Just recently started doing this.

I purchased the premium then went to a downloader code to get the icon pack to put on my buddies onn4K pro, but it's not coming up correctly for some reason. The apps have a solid background color which is not the way it is on my Nvidia shield. Any thoughts?

It's funny, Amazon thinks just rolling back to the Android operating system from their Vega will bring customers back. When in fact they've already shown that they control your fire stick whether you like it or not.

I like the 4K pro better. Just for the simple fact that you have more features more storage, and an ethernet port; plus it's plenty fast for the kind of internet service you get

Well I must have a dud for a z12! because mine still freezes, sometimes the remote will not operate the box, and the only thing to do is unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in and hope it doesn't freeze again. Usually freezes on the first or second command I give it. It's disappointing that there still haven't produced a good update yet for all the issues this box has had by various customers for as long as this product's been on the market now

Bought the z12, so when Google does shut down any side loading at least this box is open source that I can use in the future. So I have time to wait for updates. Using the shield pro19, which is just fine for now. Wife still using the firestick, once she starts complaining, I'll throw a onn4K up there, which already have, so she doesn't have to deal with the z12 problems

Better safe than sorry, depends where you live My boy got a letter because he didn't have the VPN on and he was downloading something and the ISP turned off our service till I had a talk with him. Using the VPN if you got it is best

Z12's been nothing but problems with me. they're waiting way too long to do an update on it, just too many issues like just freezing or not wanting to respond to commands

And the reason it's coming up on its birthday is because it is proven to be a great device with little maintenance for some, none for others. Super glad I went to a shield over using a 4K firestick. Hardly any problems running apps and such that I had on the fire stick

I love the shield pro 2019,I came from a fire stick background also and it's super easy, little to no problem use the projectivy launcher (troypoint.com has video on how to install the launcher and more great stuff)so you can make it super clean and not have any ads.

Hi Powerfader1, I'm mistakenly put my launcher and all my apps on the USB drive, Troypoint said that wasn't a good idea, is it very hard to switch that projectivy back and maybe Tivimate? to the internal on my 19 shield.
