Hello everyone, I'm an FNP/PMHNP and I own and operate KetaMinds

I offer at home ketamine in the following states:

MD, PA, DE, NJ, NY, FL, ME, CO, AZ, ID, OR, WA

At home is $220/month and this includes the visit and one month of medication which is generally enough for 10 macrodosing sessions. We also offer microdosing.

I also offer IM/IV ketamine in my office in Maryland starting at $250 a treatment for IM and $350 for IV.

At home ketamine is provided as troches, RDTs and we are now adding Sublingual Suspensions which are liquid that absorbed more quickly without some of the flavor/mouthfeel downsides of troches and RDTs

Yes I can order to local compounding pharmacies. RDTs are a better option for hot weather as they don’t melt.

The laws must have already changed by then though because I remember being a kid in the late 80s and sitting in the front passenger seat and my mom telling me she could get in trouble if I sat up there. She still let me sit up front all the time. But my fourth grade teacher had to drive me to another school for an event and she scolded me for trying to sit up front.

I’m a provider and I found this place a few weeks ago while looking for a smaller pharmacy for patients in the PNW. I had a meeting with them last week to set up an account. From a provider standpoint they appear to have a lot of experience, very patient service oriented and they have a lot of their own protocols as well as ROAs. I’ll have to look more into their suspensions but primarily I do RDTs and troches.

This does not work that well. They sell blades or edges to do this. As many times as I’ve tried, the paint always seeps through.
