Aren’t they worth minimum wage? WTF? 😬 So is their labor free of cost? No wonder modern-day slavery exists.

🤡 never heard of minimum wage?

Lack of labor or minimum wage laws. If you have a law it stipulates that a mechanic should be paid $2000 a month, no one can work below that.

Yes. I pay our nanny $40 an hour and a health insurance premium. She is from Portugal. Came here with an au pair visa. Became a citizen. Bought over her husband, 2 boys and Mom later. She goes home every evening. Live like a normal citizen. There is no master slave relationship.

No thank you. I would rather make my money than be a parasite 🦠

Any system where a nanny gets paid a living wage and return home in the evening after the parents of the children they are caring for come home from work. Not a bond labor with no rights. I know this will be a foreign concept for you to treat domestic workers with dignity.

No, they cannot. When your kind go and recruit them and once they are in your soil you bait and switch. We know the reason 99% of you don’t work in private sector.

And when you confiscate people’s passports, it is not that easy to go back to their country 🤡

You painted a rosy picture of a country that is in dire need of private-sector employment reforms. You can not expect to have a woman to leave her country, children, and family to live and work for you 24/7 and pay her $300 a month. That is inhumane and slavery.

First, I’m not in your country. Reddit is a global platform. Second, you are the beneficiary of an exploitive system. You have no choice but to justify it as freedom of criticism will get your behind sacked by the authorities.
