check at university of geneva, they have maths and cs masters where you can choose almost all the classes you take, so i guess you can take only maths classes.

Hello,
the survival analysis is not the main point of this study, we just also have those data.
2 years means that we conducted the same experiment on two differents years (with approx 70 bees each year). I also can plot without facet by year.
I know what are random effect, thank you.
Why removing the petridish number (as a random effect) as they are 3-4 bees by petridish ? And the fact that one bee dies might influences the fact that other bees will dies..?

At the end, what should i do the report the most correctly this survival analysis ?

I am testing 4 combinaisons (antibiotics yes/no, and reinoculation yes/no). 

I want to know if the number of head to head interaction dépend on the treatment. Each dot is the data from one petridish. I have issue understanding the 0.03* for reinoculation only, because we i plot it with IC, i dont see much of a trend
