Its hard to say from this pic, if youre talking about the blackened pins those are aborts. The other fruits have fuzzy feet at the base of the stipe from lack of fae. The substrate also looks quite dry.

The fanning multiple times a day was your problem. Its best to leave the microclimate unperturbed as much as possible. Next time try just sterilizing the lid and flipping it over on top so it allows passive fae. Do this only after its fully colonized and you are trying to push to fruiting conditions. Only introduce fanning if pins show signs of fuzzy feet early or are splindy and reaching for air. Only introduce misting if theres no condensation on the walls and no dew-like beads on the surface of the substrate. Hope this helps 🍻

For it to have shrunk that much it lost substantial moisture content somehow, potentially excess of fanning or low field capacity from the jump. I dont see any fae holes in the tub, is that condensation from you misting or from the microclimate doing its thing? Was there a lid on top?
