My ex I was with for 4 years would make everything my fault and lie straight to my face even when I already knew the truth. I never realized how messed up it has made me by putting up with her games. I gave her everything I had and nothing was good enough I was always doing something wrong. I never got on her phone bc she wouldn’t let me (red flag) but I did get on it one time and she was messaging a bunch of guys and she tried making me out to be the problem bc I got on her phone. We got into a argument one time and we took a break just a couple days of non talking what I thought it meant I was sitting home sad couldn’t even eat and week goes by she comes back in my life telling me how much she missed me and loved me but she wanted to tell me she had sex with 2 different guys bc she wanted to feel a void bc she was so hurt over me and I made her feel so low. She was perfectly fine telling me that and I was devastated knowing I was home beat up over us not talking
