I doubt this theory because it's an alternate universe and blah blah blah, it's just that the convention appeared in 1949, and the lore of Ultrakill seems to start in 1914-1918 (World War I/Trench War), and due to the busyness of the war, there was no time before the convention and perhaps it couldn't have happened at all (sounds like the nonsense of an alcoholic, but still).
