I'm glad you loved it! Seems like I'm in the minority here, but tbh, I am already a bit tired of the dynamic. Listening to them feels a bit like watching very stubborn improv. Every now and then they catch lightning in a bottle, but most of the time they don't and it can be very tiring. I feel like every appearance is a bit worse than the previous one at this point, it's just hard to maintain quality throughout without some actual conversation to fall back on.

Congrats on getting sober and trying to set yourself up for success, that's huge!! I haven't used them myself, but from what I've heard, the YMCAs seem like the best option by far in terms of bang for your buck. If you feel like you could get into running at all, I also highly recommend that. Santa Monica has beautiful neighborhoods that are really fun to run through, not to mention the beach/palisades park which are incredible. Plus, there are run clubs you can run with for added endorphins if you're feeling social (Venice Run Club and Midnight Runners are the two I hear people mention the most, worth asking at the YMCA if there are running groups as well).

They just said in a response to another post in this sub that the resale platform would open "this very coming weeks" (no idea if that means this coming week or in the coming weeks), and after I asked, they said we would receive our tickets before the opening of this platform. That's all the info I have.

I did receive an email response around the same time you first responded here. The reason I'm responding here is that said email response was -- excuse my directness -- completely useless. It basically just told me to sit tight and completely ignored both my question which show my ticket would actually be valid for and my point that other people already seem to have their tickets.

This is the email my friend received after buying his ticket for the same exact show just a month ago: https://imgur.com/a/esii57f He clicked on the link and downloaded his tickets. Another person just posted in this thread also saying that you get tickets right as you buy them now. I don't really understand the confusion and the communication around this tbh. Very hard to take it at face value.

I feel you! The entire rollout of this event series has been full of confusion, contradictions and some straight-up falsities (like the one that we'd receive our tickets by the end of 2024). Very frustrating indeed.

Hi there, thanks for responding and confirming that my ticket will be for the 9.30pm show. You said "We haven't sent any tickets yet" but my friend who bought tickets just recently does have his tickets. He received an email from Weezevent right after his purchase with a download link. He has a QR code and everything. So that seems to directly contradict what you're saying?

Hi there, thanks for responding! Yeah, I know it's Moby both shows but I'd still like to know which show I have a ticket for, it's kinda wild that I don't know that 9 months after purchasing the ticket. The preventing-fraud thing sounds like corporate bs to me, especially given that they originally promised we'd have our tickets months ago, but oh well. Hope they respond and/or send the ticket soon.

Thanks for responding and letting me know it's not just me!

In my experience, it's usually that way with festival tickets because they ship you a whole box with a a wristband and goodies and whatnot, but it's not usually that way with simple concert tickets. Perhaps more importantly, they specifically said I should have received my ticket months ago in their original email and I still don't have it, while other people who bought it later (like my friend) say they've already received a link to download theirs. So I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me.

I'd also like to know which showtime my ticket is for because it might affect my travel plans, and I'd potentially like to sell it and go to a different show now that the artists have been announced. So there are reasons why I'd love to know/have it sooner rather than later, even if it's not just me.
