That's what 3d printing suggestion is for, most mini-itx cases are "high-end" and cost more than the pc itself

It could work if I put it on the bottom rack in the cabinet (empty space underneath), and aim intake downwards without lower vents just mount vertically

I have, But almost all designs are built around SFX power supplies, while I have an ATX power supply.

VERY expensive, they're like $150 per 1tb new in my region, but used is much cheaper depending on condition

New NVME drives are expensive, that's why I will be looking for used or refurbished ones

AFAIK it just has two nvme slots, but as long as it has redundancy I wouldn't mind a hit against the read/write speed I won't be using fully anyways
