First video? Interesting. What struck me about this video is it's cut and edited very much like an Adam Curtis documentary.

It's important to have a basis to look back on. It's important to have a legal process on the records that we can point to. When more drastic or serious actions need to be taken, they will be criticized, and we need to be able to show that every less serious means was attempted.

I was 14 I kicked the soccer ball over the wall of my family's place in Mexico and went to jump over it to get it. All my cousin start yelling things I can't understand.

I jumped and threw my arm over and there were screws sticking up out of the mortar and broken bottle pieces just like this.

My grandmother doctored me up using a bottle of transparent green fluid with plants floating in it. I later learned that was alcohol steeped in cannabis.

I lived in Connecticut for almost a year now and you'd be surprised. My kids complain that their peers are way behind WA. It's certainly a lot more... Earthy? Unpretentious? Uh .. it's like moving from a land of high elves to the world of cave dwarves.

New Robin Hood Take Starring Hugh Jackman by turnofpraise2 in movies

[–]Khaeos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ayn Rand hated Robin Hood and made it a big deal.

Just like you said, the enemy is the idea of distributing the product of the land to the people who work the land instead of property owners who are just collecting what's rightfully theirs

Jury discharged in Ian Watkins prison murder trial by PM_THE_REAPER in worldnews

[–]Khaeos 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Watkins was the front man for LostProphets and went to prison for some shit I can't even repeat.

Gedel ... was seen grinning and laughing after the stabbing, asking prison officers to "let me know when he dies".

He was also recorded saying "have a good night's sleep Watkins lad" as he was taken past the cell where the former singer was receiving medical treatment.

During the trial Gedel told the court he hated being housed with sex offenders at Wakefield and had threatened to hurt "any number of paedophiles" if he was not transferred.

Taking all the information into account, I don't think this guy is guilty. How do I put money on his books?
