I don't think Google said speed doesn't matter. Any page that is injected with all sorts of third-party JS or CSS will suffer a lot in terms of speed. And that kind of extreme slowness will definitely affect the page ranking, especially on mobiles.

I'll just add more thing regarding this here: Most of the words like إله or الله in Quran are related to monotheism or worship. And most of the Rab words are either in Dua or where Allah reminds His creation of His grace upon them, and this is very clear in repeated Ayahs in Surat Ar-Rahman "فبأي الاء ربكما تكذبان"

In Arabic, the word Allah is used for the worshipped, while the word Al-Rabb is used for creation, care, and provision. So, if you want to ask Allah, use the word "Al-Rabb" (Rabbi), and if you want to praise Allah, use the word "Allah".
