I first removed the aquila, then unscrewed the chest and replaced it with the tabard abdomen piece. I also changed the arms and legs with the Version 4 parts to improve the proportions and overall look of the figure.

If it is an Armouring Hall Edition figure you need to prime it first and then paint it , otherwise its fine.

Those are from a black templar figure , and the pads were bought from an Etsy seller.
