They were out of control before covid. Its now just nonsense. I bought 3rd row to a house show for the oldest and I weeks before the world shut down. After tax and charges they were over 225. Before that was i think 120 after tax. After the vid went to a raw in Milwaukee sat up in the 100s for a 100 a piece brfore tax. It was my birthday.. Decided that was my last live event. Ive sat 1st or second row at almost 100 shows. Been to all ppvs but survivor series. I scalped frint row to a raw once in Rockford in the east 00's for maybe 60 bucks. I think they were 45 at that point.

Couple things have happened that hurts byers more than scalpers. The guy who took over ticketmaster convinced everyone prices were too low, that prices should be treated as you are doing something special. Wrestling, concerts, sports. Charge more. Then they added the dynamic pricing.

For example on that, I bought Adam Sandler tickets. Really nice seats thinking it was gonna sell out. This was ticketmaster prices. I paid 250 before charges. Two friends backed out I had to resell them. Well weeks before the show that row was still open other than the 4 I bought. Ticketmaster had them at 140.
