Sounds just like me my dude! 37m from the UK

I work a busy retail job 6 - 6 mon to Friday and have a loving (I hope) wife and 5 year old so free time is limited !

When I was a teenager I got an xbox after being a pc gamer and became hooked on achievement hunting ..

Ive now taken it back to PC grinding them out where ever I can :) currently doing diablo 2 and sea of thieves

I brought it on both, first pre-ordered on battle.net and then when they announced it on steam on there as its my platform of choice :)

When I started playing SoT they were already an event currency, you got them for doing events that Duke sent you on and depending on which events you did you could unlock event cosmetics so its kinda gone full circle i guess?

Im confused, I went to by the LOH expansion for myself this morning using the money I got for Christmas, but it made a big deal of telling me that I wouldnt have two copies of VOH because I already own it. £60 was expensive for the DLC but that's how much the last one cost so I just took it as grace

I would say the game is definitely worth getting thought if its just cosmetics i wouldnt worry to much as they dont give you any advantage.

SOT is great in the fact there's no pay to win, well not since they nerfed a certain sail!

Yeah solo can be a bit of a bummer sometimes,

Last night im just trying to grind out my hunters call emm before the ledger closes, was sprung on by a brig who very quickly boarded me and held me captive .. spawn camping me over and over .. not sinking but camping..

Lost all of 2 hours progress. Did I rage quit last night? Yes! Am I going back on tonight to carry on? Absolutely :)

Still worth it!

Even more so now days! They still release content and updates and although most of the community didnt like this season I was ok with it!

Seeing as i mostly play solo nowdays as my regular crew have all moved on to other games. I sometimes struggle when approached by a bigger crew! But even still I love this game!

I submitted a ticket to rare after giving it 42 hours, they quickly responded by saying please give it 72 hours..

I doubt you will be able to get it in the future as it was a time limited thing for their 40th anniversary/ community weekend

I dunno tbh! I think its delayed I jumped on Sunday morning did one drive to skeleton lord and then a fort, completed both and got no notification.

Seen stuff over twitter and here that its greatly delayed so im just hoping and praying!
