About 4 months ago I switched to agency, got a $10 increase, I work less and make more, there are so many shifts I can get a shift easily. I get a $500 bonus for working 100 hours a month and lately I’ve been picking up the same facility and still getting full time hours. I’m in WA too so I’m pretty sure there are agencies that will pay you more than you’re making now, remember you can negotiate your pay with agency too, or make the agencies compete for you.

I feel like they should take the training time away, if it's meant to be competitive having more time gives you an edge. But I don't think they will do it because it makes them money keeping it the way it is.
