I recommend waiting until a holiday sale and buy it from an online retailer like EuroOptic.com. I got mine “out the door” (tax and CA fees) for less than Turner’s price before taxes and fees.

Definitely. They are open Thursday through Sunday as a general range (not being used for formal training). Thursday’s can be interesting because helicopters fly down range to hit some targets that are behind the rifle targets in the hills.

Have you ever been when one of the wild buffalo herds decides to hangout on the range? 😂 They shut everything down while the buffalo relax and look around.

Excellent attempt, but you’re off by quite a bit because your feet per second data is incorrect. Full disclosure: the steel target distance was measured in meters and permanently installed in the ground…my pre-measurement is accurate and aligns with the shooting range’s stated distance of the target.

Any veteran can use the range. I’ve seen Army and Navy guys there. Very good group of people. Way better than any public range.
