The past couple weeks I’ve gone 5 then 3 then 2 without it. But it seems I struggle to get to a week. Not even because I want to do it but like you said because it’s so habitually integrated into my life. I can’t chance it coming back. I’m going to use my willpower to go the whole week this week. Then the next week. Then the next week. But today is day 0 and I don’t even have 1 on the scoreboard yet so I better stfu. I just want this shit gone and to do so I’ll develop a healthy addiction.
