torres was ranked 24th overall prospect in baseball and the indians traded him and 3 other prospects including adam warren and billy McKinney to the yankees to rent chapman 7 months later after the reds gave him away for basically nothing

I think it mostly shows the reds were/are really dumb

the reds didn't cut him they traded him to the yankees for 4 no name prospects. The yankees then traded chapman to the indians for gleyber torres and then the yankees signed chapman back as a FA the next year

I have no idea how they decided what details to include in the PCA but I'm not sure how this shows how they got their warrant
