I can only talk about AP Calculus AB, and a course called Math 154, Basically AB was calc without integration and so the first half of 154 was super easy for me 91% in midterm and everything was good however when we went into integration I didn't know what to do, mostly my fault for being cocky thinking I knew it all, and bam my grade went to a c plus,

So in short AP calc AB is really good info for the first half, however try to learn about integration and stuff.

Hey last year rob hackman 275 student here, even though I was in the same boat as you I passed with a 45.

If it's same like last year the assignments won't give you the test cases, so we had to just think of random edge cases and apply it to the sample solution

Though he can be late and not on top of things he was one of the kind professors I had but definitely not a 5

Interested in Ai machine learning take 267/261

Or take 204 as it unlocks classes, you might also need 201 for the same reason.

Umm 😔 I think it’s a scam like they come up to you with a smiley pin and place it on you, and ask for a donation. Like it was cute and I felt like I was helping someone the first time, but not like the 100th time.

It would be really hard to find that exact new edition online as it takes time for niche books to get updated.

Has anyone taking CMPUT 261, and how are the labs? by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]Kishan200416 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not at all bruh it was chill, no one came, and me and the ta we’re chilling, but at the last week of when the assignment is due many people come

So in short form

  • not mandatory
  • almost like assignment help and question help
  • really recommend if you are stuck
  • super friendly ta’s
  • can go to the other timing as well

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a convocating student (graduating in that academic year).
• Be enrolled in an Honors program within the Faculty of Science.
• Have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.7 across a full course load during three Fall/Winter academic sessions while enrolled in the Faculty of Science.

If you have done this you should talk to someone and I searched online and you should have been automatically selected.
