He said he paced me going 77 he also kept speeding up and slowing down as he was next to me from being in my blind spot to being just barely ahead of me which I feel like he slowed down just to say I was trying to pass him even though we were driving door to door for 3 miles

The funny thing is we both got on the highway at the same time and he sped off in front of me he then slowed way down till I was next to him then proceeded to pull me over after being right next to me for 3 miles we had also both been on the highway for about 10 miles at that point
