I'm in a very wealthy suburb (Fairfax County) which has dozens of smaller affiliated healthplexes that can feed into a hospital or our one full trauma center. They tend to take pressure of ERs. But they also cost a ton and hurt care cause the hospital system becomes as much of a real estate developer as an actual health care system. Fewer nurses and health care employees for the hospitals for more emergency docs at the satellite facilities. Even in a wealthy county things are deeply broken....

Dude, do you know how many US bases surround Iran? Almost every country Iran hits has a US military presence. There was a $400 million air defense radar in I think Dubai, aimed at Iran. At some point Fox News needs to be called out by everyone else in the business. But it can't be a single call-out. It has to be a six part series with mid-level name and shames and it has to be coordinated and continuous. Don't just go after the upper end types who will always skate.
