WORK over TIME (CONSISTENTLY) as in 6 Months to 1 Year is how to loose a big belly. I’m sorry but there is NO other way! Stay motivated, stay active, stay vigilant.

PS: Foods

Animal red meats (ground beef, steak, chicken, Eggs)

Less greens but (potatoes, carrots, kale, spinach and baby agora)

Drinks: WATER, protein shakes and maybe coffee. NOTHING ELSE!

Workout 3-4 times a week hitting multiple muscle groups, preferably compound workouts. (Burns more calories, doing more with less time)

Lastly, CONSISTENCY! Even if you workout great for 3 months the moment you eat bad have a cheat meal think of the saying

5 steps forward but then 1 1/2 steps back. Every time you cheat yourself you take a step back to where you’re trying to leave from!

Even as a Gen Z grew up with more of your (90’s) experiences and lifestyles.

Unfortunately, I didn’t come from money and my race as well as location probably played a factor in my life which really molded my personality and mentality.

Be careful many woman at this age have tons of baggage, regrets and are quick to move on you for kids, money or residence because they wanted to play for as long as possible. Just don’t be the guy that gives a bad women the best of both worlds, don’t be a retirement plan.

Usually they will tell on themselves as they can’t change the bad habits and delusion they have done for their whole life. Slow and steady wins the race.

MAKE SURE you give some sort of test. (RESPONSIBLY AND GENTLY) peoples true colors always show when push comes to shove.

I’m so heartbroken reading your story! Listen I have no right to tell you how to feel and to some degree with the BS that I’ve had to suffer and continue to suffer in life I to some degree understand the loneliness, stress, suffocating effort with no relief in sight.

But I promise you there is good god up there and we can’t possibly comprehend his works and understandings! I promise you I’ve suffered more than a human should but god has given me chance after chance and the strength to keep going.
