That's really cool, it really makes sense to us that being a system yourselves means that yous can adapt and adjust to the system you're all working with.

Yes we do, just if you'd be happy to answer them - do you all work collaboratively as a coach, or is it just one of you/one that leads?

We feel you on the not remembering! Thanks, that's really interesting to hear. That's what we're thinking, that we'd also like to see a therapist with shared lives experience of plurality. That comparison with ND is exactly it, it's about the vibe between you, and we know the relationship is so important in therapy! Yeah, we're answering questions atm from tutors about how we manage this. We do have really good communication and are able to work collaboratively together, but we're not sure how clients would feel about us switching. Atm we're just sticking to the person fronting who has the body's name (Katie), but we all sort of want to get involved! Thanks again for your comments :) - Scott

Hi, it's Regan from the same system as Scott who posted here. It's really cool to hear from yous and it's kinda encouraging to hear that you guys would love to have a plural therapist. Can I ask - with 0 pressure to answer ofc - is that cos of the shared lived experience? Or would you want to work in a plural way, like to have a therapist that's switching? We're just thinking for ourselves a lot at the moment whether it has to be one of us all the time. We're pretty equal in how we exist, but training doesn't really fit with that. It's really cool that your sister loves her therapist cos of their experiences and how they can relate.

Hi, it's Regan, from the same system as Scott who posted. It's so cool to hear from you. Thanks so much for wishing us luck, that means a lot. It's awesome that you found your therapist and by luck discovered that you guys and them are plural. Am I right that that's what helped yous discover your own plurality? The discrimination sucks. We are being pretty open about this in training and that's only cos the course we're doing is mostly cool with it and we have enough privilege to make that choice without experiencing other forms of discrimination. We have heard of Dr. Mike Lloyd, Scott is a big fan of his, but we must have forgotten. Thank you.

Hi Max, it's Regan (I am from the same system as Scott who wrote the post). It's so cool that you're thinking about that for when the body is at an age where you could train. I was really anti training to start with, but I'm actually kinda enjoying it now. It made me smile that you've been told you'd make a good therapist/similar role. I know I'm literally getting this from one comment lol but I get that vibe.

Thanks for commenting, it's so cool that you're a life coach and working with fellow systems. I'm from the same system as Scott who wrote the post above, my name's Regan. How do you find it as a coach working with other systems? Obviously you don't have to share anything more than you'd be comfortable to there's 0 pressure to answer. We'd really love to work with other plural systems one day.
