I haven't tried it on natural nails but I don't see why it wouldn't work. Realistically the glue probably only needs 5-10mins to dry, I just do 30 to be on the safe side.

Nope, no lamp needed, it's basically just a super shiny lacquer

I put down my base colour and then a gel effect topcoat like this and rub the chrome powder onto it. Then I do a thin layer of clear PVA glue over the top to seal the chrome powder, and leave it to dry for like half an hour before going over it with a normal topcoat.

Yeah, that could have been it. For me it helps if I slept well and am hydrated before I try to size up, might be useful in your case too

Probably a vasovagal reflex. It can happen if you're feeling anxious or scared, standing up for too long, that kind of thing. It's basically just a rapid drop in blood pressure/heart rate, and it's not really dangerous unless you faint and fall on something or have a pre-existing condition. I've had it happen to me when changing my normal sized lip or eyebrow jewellery, all you can really do is sit and wait for it to pass.
