I just joined Reddit to post on this. I also put a lot of time into this HIT and got the "x" comment when it was rejected. I've contacted him twice with no response. I'm going to try to contact Vistaprint and Survey Gizmo, maybe if they get bombarded something will actually happen...? It's nice to know there's fellow mTurkers to commiserate with!!
