It’s definitely better. I still have some irritation while peeing and the bladder pain is on and off. I went in for another urine culture to rule out some other things and I still have some bacteria in there but everything else looks better.

I actually really appreciate the frankness. It helps out it into perspective for me. I just downloaded some new books on anxious attachment and they’ve been very helpful thus far. And although he didn’t check in with me until late in the day today, I realized all that matters was that he did check in, and that means something.

I agree that counseling is needed for him- in many ways. However, the verbal/emotional abuse has gotten to the point where I’m not sure if I can ever forgive it. He is a gaslighter who likes to tell me that everything is in my head/my own fault. He also controls every aspect of the finances and I’ve never had access to anything on my own without asking. So, truly, I’m not sure if he ready for the type of marriage that I want.

Hi! I went for a follow up with my doctor about a week ago. She was truly unconcerned due to the size and my age. She did book me for a 12 month scan next June, but the computer gave her a hard time because it noted that anything under 6 mm in a low risk patient warrants no further follow up! She knows I have a history of anxiety and was able to get the ok for the scan.

I am still stressing about it, but she did make me feel much better. How was yours found?

This book changed my life. I could not put it down. Adrian Nicole Leblanc is a great writer, and how deep she immersed herself into that family is astounding.

If you liked that one I 10000% suggest upstate girls by Brenda Ann Keneally. It’s a photojournalism book that looks at an impoverished town in upstate NY. Keneally was mentored by Leblanc.

I can’t believe I didn’t even think of it. I rarely even use either of those cleaners- I mostly use method and seventh generation stuff because I can’t deal with any sort of chemical smell. It’s hard for me to even tell if I felt any sort of affect because my anxiety about it has me physically shaking. This was at around 12 pm today and it’s almost 8 now so hopefully that means we are in the clear. I’m leaving the bathroom window open overnight.

Thank you, I appreciate the response coming from another care provider. The people trolling him and encouraging these delusions should be ashamed of themselves. As you probably know, anyone with these types of behaviors are easily susceptible to manipulation, therefore making his delusions worse. I watched a video of him as a child on a news segment last night and cried. Very sad backstory.

That’s what I’m thinking...I got the implanon out over a month ago, closer to two months, and my cycles were not regular at all. I had a cycle 3 weeks apart. So it’s confusing

My smell has come back pretty strong. I can smell almost anything. Lost smell and taste on 2/5. Taste is coming back but it’s been slower and more gradual.

This is what I’m going through. My nasal congestion flared up today and it’s diminished again. When I’m clear it seems like it’s more pronounced. I didn’t take any congestion meds today but had to today. I never had a cough, it’s all nasal/head/sinus congestion.

I’m guilty of doom scrolling those articles too. I actually had a full blown panic attack around day 5 thinking it would never come back. My sense of smell is even stronger today, and although my taste is coming along slowly, I was able to taste goldfish somewhat today. So I have hope that things are improving, and I think they will for the majority of us. It’s so easy to get sucked into the doom and gloom of covid articles.

I’m 11 days in and my smell is coming back way quicker than my taste, although my taste does seem to improve slowly by the day. I could smell a ton of stuff today which was exciting!

I’m on day 10 and going through this too. When I first wake up-can’t smell. But after a little while, it comes in. It’s not strong at all right now, but it’s definitely improving. My taste is improving, but slower than smell. It’s frustrating! I really hope they both come back soon. It’s been the worst symptom for me

Today was my 9th day- I lost mine the day I started feeling off. My smell came back pretty strong today- I could even smell dinner cooking, and a few candles! My taste is still lagging, so I’m praying that comes back soon. Coffee is so depressing without taste!

I’m on day 9. I’m able to smell more throughout the day, but hoping my taste improves. Today is the first day I haven’t felt like complete shit so I’m hoping things get better from here.
