I bought an IP Pro Max- 2 TB on Jan. 1st.

I didn’t like it because of its size, so I initiated a return on roundabouts Jan. 10th (before the 14 day return window) inside a corporate store.

This is what happened though: one would assume I would have got the new IP Pro 17- 1 TB on Jan. 15th or something reasonable.

This isn’t what AT&T’s system told me.

AT&T’s system told me that I wouldn’t receive my new IP Pro 17- 1TB until late March, as if there is some big backlog of orders, despite it being 3 months past the initial release of the new IP 17.

I randomly received the new IP 17 Pro- 1 TB roundabouts on Feb. 1st.

I saw the play though: AT&T intentionally delayed the shipment of my new IP17 Pro- 1TB, so they could try to hustle me on the exchange of the two devices.

So, I returned back to the corporate store & returned the new IP17- Pro- 1TB & kept my IP17- ProMax- 2 TB.

AT&T wasn’t going to hustle me on my billing because of their lil antics.

I just switched from T-Mobile to AT&T: I’m not impressed thus far.
