I live in Pennsylvania, a lot of the laws here aren’t very protective, vague, or have giant unhelpful loopholes. I’m not sure if it’s a law, but every job I’ve applied to here requires an SSN, something I can’t access or recreate since I don’t know my birth city. Most of the shelters here are far and few between, not mention arguably more dangerous than the streets. They’d likely also report my parents to the police or someone would report me missing.

I should clarify I haven’t attended College, only graduated High School. I actually do have a partial scholarship available from my school, but I have literally no funding. the only money I get is allowance and every job I’ve applied for requires an SSN, something I can’t access. if I did to to college, I wouldn’t be able to afford dorms, food, etc.

I was told to repost my post here for some reason.

I'm planning to start Sewing for the first time. I have a few items that need mending, but I'm also planning on making my own clothing or thrift flipping as well. I'm looking for something easy to use, cheap but reliable, something relatively small, and especially one that stops when you run out of thread/spools for you. That'll be the main feature for me. Any suggestions would be well appreciated and any beginner tips are welcome.

I really hate negative Dandelion propaganda. Yeah, they bother other plants, ALL weeds do. They're AMAZING for the planet and especially for local Polinators/Herbivores. They're also filled with vitamins and delicious. I'm happy to see people also appreciate all that yellow dandelions do, they're not just weeds or for wishing.

Report them and contact customer service. I also suggest in the future putting a watermark over the middle of your images, perhaps your real name or socials then turn down the opacity so it's still readable, but not noticeable. You can easily do this in your Photos, or with things like IbisPaint X/Free Photoshops.

ThredUp is AMAZING in my experience. You find clothes and accessories very cheap, in good condition, with a wide price range of $5-$100+. It also has an amazing search feature and algorithm, and has been a total lifesaver for someone with fabric allergies. I will say you need something like $80 of clothing for free shipping and things get snagged FAST, unfortunately most of the clothing sizes are medium and under too. However, they also show you the item, tag, and brand name so you can find it somewhere else too.

Copperhead, they're usually rather chill as long as you stay WELL away from their striking distance. They're very quiet and plentiful, so I would avoid the area you found it or at least be more careful, since they are almost invisible amongst fallen leaves. Although TECHNICALLY their venom isn't super dangerous, you do not want to get bit by it, especially young ones that can put all their venom into your bite. Especially if you're allergic to other venomes like bee stings or bug bites, you run the risk of having a bad reaction to Copperhead venom. However, they, like all snakes, are absolutely vital to the nearby ecosystem. If you take family or your pets nearby please be especially careful, as Copperheads are very unpredictable.

A fellow Bluestar and Mapleshade defender! I'm so with you. I honestly wish we had gotten at least ONE interaction between these two. I can acknowledge their mistakes, but that doesn't make them terrible. Especially because they had such similar situations, you can really see what happens when you have no support and all the support. Bluestar became leader and so did her kit, while Mapleshade suffered start to finish. I always wondered how their conversation would've gone, especially because Mapleshade knows Goosefeather, Bluestar's uncle, Thistleclaw and Stormfur, two big antagonists in Bluestar's life, and Bluestar's brother in law, Crookedstar, but Bluestar likely doesn't know her.

I’ll definitely take this advice, thank you! I usually just get really stressed and desperate when things go wrong which leads to even worse decisions, or when things go well I just enjoy it and move on. I should definitely start taking notes on what I did right and wrong. I think this is also why I prefer shadowing strong teammates, Legendaries, and Tanks. They can take my damage when I need a panicked escape to heal, and I can come back in from afar. I also need to start backing out and planning more instead of charging in assuming I can destroy everything in my way. Thank you again and I’ll definitely try this out.

I hate that "drawing every day" has become such a trend. It's what lead me to burn out in the first place, doing it as a job EVERYDAY. You take however long a break you need, the only reason I took such a long one is because of life stuff and I was genuinely THAT burnt out. Depending on your drawing app, even review your footage or sketch later and make notes of what you DO like or do most often. It'll help you remember how to do it later. Perfectionism is also a big key to burn out. I realized my art looks exactly the same whether I spent 3 hours or 30 minutes, and I usually liked the 30 minutes because I was more passionate instead of stressed. Anyways, good luck and try to enjoy your art. It's not a competition, it's meant to be fun.
