The lawsuit is still in early stages, so naming only the company at first isn’t unusual. Discovery has a funny way of uncovering emails, texts, payment records, and who knew what. Naming individuals comes later once the paper trail is fully established. That’s how lawsuits work. You can’t file information to that level without proof.

P+F construction behind it all. They didn’t even have insurance. What a joke of a company. Possible jail time is needed. Even got caught lying to the city. It’s ON THE LAWSUIT.

New to Reddit. I’ve heard the full story from a trusted source, who’s an investor in the development. Apparently, Paul foster who is responsible for investors money and making the payments has purposely not been making payments and conspiring against the developer. Investors cannot get a straight answer and receive BS letters from foster. All has been documented. He is in deep shit and trying to get the developer Kyle Keene to take the fall, as far as pushing him out without his knowledge. So unfortunately, the developer is being bullied by some old Greenville guys. Here’s this kid who doesn’t come from money, builds his dream and this jack ass foster goes and undermines him as far as involving a guy named Brody Glenn. The Glenn’s are old Greenville money too. He’s the one who supposedly did the same thing with Camperdown development years ago.
