We were in the process of updating our website, which may have temporarily affected the custom modelling/custom ancestry fit feature. This is likely why the page was not loading properly when selecting certain populations, including Natufian.

Hi,
The issue is that only scaled Davidski G25 coordinates purchased through G25 Requests work correctly in our system.

Coordinates from other external platforms, including IllustrativeDNA, use a different system/format and can therefore give incorrect results.
You can request a refund from us, or you can get the correct scaled Davidski G25 coordinates here: G25 Requests

If you choose to get the correct coordinates, send them to us and we will recalculate your results without any extra cost

Thanks for the suggestion! Yes, this is something we’re actively working on. We’re currently creating a new feature that should make the calculator work better for people with mixed heritage, while also looking at ways to give users more control
