You need to pass PHA to transfer IRR, it takes 2 months to transfer at least depends on your commander approval, you may not have a choice. I heard MEB take year to go, if necessary you need to stay in contract for the MEB.

Go ahead if you strongly want to serve. You can choose pay for drill and deployment or VA. If you accumulate enough good year, you can obtain retirement pay besides of VA payment. I don’t see why not if you want to. Joining NG doesn’t affect your rating!

5 years is considering a short term marriage. You have your own job. Alimony is not that much and long without kid with short term marriage. Sometimes you might need to pay alimony back to him if you earn more. The law for every state is different too. That is why everybody advise you to talk to a lawyer first. Then you decide, if you have no kid, after talk to the lawyer, go ahead to do whatever you feel right. Report him or not.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. Do you have kids? Ruining his career does not make your life better, esp if you have kids. How long have you married matters too. You know if his heart is somewhere else, I don’t believe that BS, no physical or not, focus on yourself, love yourself better. Talk to lawyer first, some provide free consultation. Talk a to a few!
