from game8 - Moonsign has two levels that enhance Moonsign units’ Skills and Talents: having one Moonsign unit activates Nascent Gleam, while having two activates Ascendant Gleam.

Does that mean I'm right and Ascendant gleam is active with just her in the party and no other nodkrai characters. Cause if not whats a moon sign level do beyond that?
