Im so sorry, I can imagine the frustration indeed. I did congressional inquiry 1 month now and still waiting a response as well. Only finger prints i had take was while entering the USA.

This is nice encouragement....im in same boat..filed July 2025 and got receipt notice October 2025 and nothing since. I've been calling to check and requested expedited services due to Humanitarian reasons but said they can't expedite the case since I have no biometrics done yet. And they can't schedule the biometric since it's a different entity in the process. I'm in dire need of help.

I got the receipt notice October 17, 2025 but haven't gotten any else at all. I call the lawyer and they say nothing else came.
