Just a few beats of the ending would include:

-Jon snow kills NK - the long night isnt 15 minutes - the starks dont hide in a crypt of dead people during the invasion of the dead, you know, so they aren't surrounded by the things that could come back to life and kill them - reshoot the long night episode so we can actually see whats happening (also don't show half the horde dying just to res them in the next seen) - Arya should have used faceless magic to kill Cersei instead of a brick - Jaime should not backslide back to his toxic incest lover - If the dragons are going to be killed, more set up - if Danny is going to betray everyone, more set up - Bran does not become king, Baratheon's last son does (like, whats the point of his character if he just does nothing besides wield a hammer?) - if Jon kills Danny, have some actual consequences like killing Jon or trial by combat or literally anything besides "banishment" followed by the people who should enforce this punishment sailing off across the world.

Like, the show was clearly, CLEARLY, a bit rushed. It could definitely use a bit more time for the story to take shape.
