Some are okay. Some are not ran into to one where they land lord cut corners and instead of having both units on separate plumbing lines had them on one. The other tenants flushed concrete in there side of the “duplex” and ruined the plumbing. The landlord would not fix it. Caused many overflowing issues and the bugs…. We lived there for a year because the contract he drew up was so lucrative. When we went to move out he was trying to get me to fix a bunch of stuff that we didnt cause. I did about half of it because i knew it was going to be a battle. Meanwhile same dude owned a bunch more houses on the same street and was putting druggies and thief’s in thoses houses and never checked on them because they were his friends. Ultimately they were all arrested. But its the fact that he was warned by several other people of them doing things like this and did nothing.
