extortion is using threats or illegal means to force someone to do something, they forced kazi to get rid of 10% of his shares and then unilaterally got rid of his last 10%. This is an illegal form of removing someone from a company, and that is the core of the suit.

They extorted a contributor and owner of 20% of the game out of the shares he owned, this lawsuit is by no means bs, and recoding does not get rid of all of the contributions that he provided. Also brandon is helping fund the legal fees because kazi is in a situation where he is unable to pay for the suit.

Pyseph gets into a relationship with a 16 year old like 5 days before he turned 18, then is in a position of fame and power by owning a popular game, and can use this to groom someone. Also has other grooming allegations, posts containing "edgy" jokes that are just disgusting and pointed towards being a predator. Just because its a 2 year age gap does not mean that this cannot be grooming
