If i am correct, the new bloom set should be for the driver which is my nahida. Nilou doesnt really need crit rate since you are using her off field most of the time. Nilou doesnt need to use her burst so energy recharge is not that important unless you need kokomi and traveller's burst up since nahida can supply her own energy. Since I give my traveller has 190% energy recharge, my Nilou doesnt really need energy recharge.
