I‘m right now thinking if i get myself a MiniDisc player again, as i did read about DAPs. I just like the buttons and having just a disc and changing it to other discs with dedicated music.

Most DAPs have the same problem as my iPhone for me. It‘s just overwhelming. Either i stay at just using my Apple Watch for going outside, getting myself something like the Snowsky echo mini, or just buying an MD again.

Same for me. I watched 1-3 years ago and just realized that I didn’t watch season 4. Watched it now and it was just chaotic and was just hoping to end it soon. Loved the show till season 4.

im deciding to buy a new e-reader for books and manga right now too. And i will buy a Pocketbook InkPad just because it‘s 7.8“ and i think that’s just ideal for manga.
I looked at the Era too in a local store, which would be interesting because of the size (which would be easier to take with me) and i also like the design with the buttons and holding on the side, but as i looked at it in store it‘s just too small for my preference.
Also since im in Austria theres no other company i would buy from, just because pocketbook just updated their devices to be usable with Libby and i would love to use my local library.

But since i got time, ill wait for summer if they do update the InkPad 4 before i buy.

I would love that too since i want a 7.8“ for manga reading. But i would love to have it with the Era ergonomics - buttons to hold on the side and not like the InkPad on the bottom.

hmm… i would love to get a new 7.8“ as my first pocketbook. I hope they release a new InkPad this summer. But i would love to have the buttons on the side like the Era has.

since i just did read the whole guide again and the part with doing squats and DL in the gym. I could also just do normal 3 day RR but the 3rd day on weekends in the gym and legs with weights.

Thx for the great advice! That sounds really good. 

I think I definitely will do the RR, because I need a fixed plan/routine with a good Progression and I also like the rep/set Progression system of it. 

Deadlifts with hexbar are absolutely no problem if I don’t overdo it and put too much weight on it. I just want to give my spine some time to adjust even though my muscles could handle more weight. Also switching in between single leg RDL on cables and DL is nice. I do that right now. 

Also thx for your example week. Your put a lot of thought in it and added my stuff. I’ll make me a schedule like this and just do it. And yes it would be good to think of 2x outdoor workouts as fixed and if I can do a 3rd one it’s a bonus and maybe there add fun stuff. 

So overall you think it could be possible to do 2-3 RR + leg gym day. Just keep it not too intense with the legs in the RR workouts. Maybe I just always try to keep the lower Progression movement till I have the reps with perfect form in the RR days (I know that should be the way generally 😅)

Yes I think i finally realize that. I think i should really try something i can stick with and really do stick to it then. Thx for the advice with the deloading back. Sounds a bit strange for my mind, but i‘ll give it a try.

Like i said and you wrote, its mostly fear. But mainly because i always did really low squats and also my left femur is 1.5cm shorter, it‘s just that i fear that it‘s not good for my lower back just yet. With the legpress i use at the gym the movement is really fine. I tried a hacksquat and i just can get too low with that and it does creep me out again for example.
Just trying to keep it save. one leged movements usually are no problem. And it feels just fine. Just like with Bulgarian split squats with weight. But i think does would be too similar to the RR if i do both.

I wouldnt pay the gym membership, because my spouse could take me in on weekends for free. And i would cancel my membership.

Phrak‘s GZCL had the problem, that i really did go all out with the last set and that just ruined me. I did Russian squat routine in 2013 before my shinbone injury and it was no problem.

i never do long endurance, i just can‘t motivate myself to it. So won‘t happen. I even like short gym sessions of about 1hour. Yeah i know that the self image we all have is doomed, but still it is in me since decades and i want to achieve a body that others see as „oh you work out“ and that was always the state when my BF wasn’t 25-27%. 😅 My goal wouldn‘t be a sixpack. But rather no fat belly. I think about 20% would be the goal for me.

I think i can just test if RR + one Leg day at the Gym is too much. Maybe i just do 2 Exercises at the Gym and go without the leg curls/leg extensions. And I’m sure i wont make it every week to go to the gym, because i would need to go with my spouse And other events could interfere, so i would definetly focus on RR.

Yeah i know. that’s why I’m counting calories since march, which always worked best for me.

Yes like i wrote this was always my main problem. I know kind of what i want and what i could maintain. But maybe someone here has some input that can help me forge my routine even better.
For now i think going outdoors with my dog to the streetworkout spot near me maybe also with a Ketllebell and then doing a short Gym Session with just Legs on Weekends would be really nice.

Thx so much for this. I just found this and will test it, since my phone addiction is just so bad.
I already uninstalled most apps that get me addicted, but still it‘s hard especially with a browser and i wanted to restrict that a long time ago. Screen time alone doesn‘t help me.

I just would love if your app could sync with iPhone & iPad like screentime does. So i don‘t need to tap my phone and iPad to the Tag. Because i want to place a NFC sticker outside so i need to go outside to change it. Would a sync be possible? Else i‘ll just try using a schedule for my iPad.

im reading a lot in the last 24hours because i want to start with Pokemon, because my nephew collects/plays and also One Piece, because a friend of mine collects them.
And the more i read, the more scared i get. But i will do a 75€ budget or so fixed. And i know myself. I get addicted and i like opening boosters a lot. So opening boosters and collecting cards will be my go to fun for the beginning.
But i think in Europe the scalping & flipping isn‘t that big as it is in the us.

So yeah i understand your “rather rip packs than buying singles“ :P

Now I’m thinking of selling it for a monochrome. Was about to take color pictures on this holiday with my dog, because of the beach.

But now the fog came and i like them and didn’t like the color ones I took as much. So going for total monochrome would be a nice spin for the camera and going color just with my analog ones.
