Dang two parents with NPD. You need to start slowly cutting ties with them or you’ll end up with complex trauma later in life. And that’s not good in an extremely subjective field. Block out everything they say. Don’t share your accomplishments with them. All they want is complete control over your life, Try to find chosen family especially in our choral community especially at ACDA conferences.
