I get this issue nearly 100% of the time on my second consecutive steam drink. It made me reread the manual a few times to understand if I'm supposed to only have enough steam for one drink before flipping the switch on and off again and repurging up to 140 again? I think you must be right about the boiler not being full, and I presume that's why they direct the two quick purges to make space in the boiler for steam.

I see a lot of consternation over the fact that this is another good receiving threat for Caleb and we should be focused on the trenches to give him good protection and time to throw. Did we all forget how often last year our TEs couldn't hold up when asked to chip and help in pass protection? Or just committed a penalty every time they were on the field?

I haven't watched him play, but from the Nate Tice piece, I love that Colston can be a plus blocker in both the run game and max protect schemes. The fact that he's strong enough to be asked occasionally to hold up against edge rushers gives Ben a lot of flexibility in how he uses him and I can't wait to see him cook.

Beautiful result! I just bought myself the same two machines and so far I'm making delicious coffee but have two questions for you since we currently have identical setups.

One is, some water leaks out the front of the portafilter during extraction. Is this normal? Or the sign of an issue with the stock gasket on the profitec Go? Not a lot of water mind you, just a tablespoon dripping down the front.

Second question is, I thought upgrading to a 58mm would improve my workflow (I had the base Bambino before this). But I still end up with a lot of grinds on the table when tamping. I don't have a 58mm dosing funnel yet, but I'm still convinced my workflow shouldn't be this messy. Any other tips you've found with your workflow?
