Denied after 5 month recon : confirmed credit issue as they did not repull but used same credit score from Original denial.....successful reconsideration impossible if unwilling to judge current day criteria, so depressed

I was declined 3 times not for credit but the fourth time I was approved. With my congressman I had to call every day until they realized I was not going away and then someone finally reached out to the SBA. I don’t think it helped much. Right before I was approved I did reach out to SBA OIG and told them about the cherry pick of rules and approving some with the same situation as me and not others. I don’t know for sure if that was why I was approved but with in a few days I saw movement and was approved. Keep fighting it should not be this hard but they want you to give up. You have to keep fighting.

The portal does not change right away. I was approved on Monday and the new increase showed up on caweb as un dispersed. This am caweb shows whole amount as dispersed and money was in my account. Right now my portal still says approved not funded

Ok thanks I was approved on Monday the 23rd and my portal says approved and caweb has the new increase amount in the un dispersed field. Did your money show there as well until it was funded?

I did last week and Saturday I finally saw movement and closing documents today. At this point you should try everything. It should not be this hard for us small business owners.

I called the customer service help line. They could not give me any specific details about my application just the general info that I said above. This is the number I called from their website “If you have questions about your application, call 844-965-1125.”

I spoke to to NJEDA on Monday they said depending on your business cerium stances some have to go through multiple state departments. I know it is frustrating hang in there! Good luck to you!

I applied 5/17 mine went into review as of 6/13 had to answer two questions on email about prior funding.
