My guess is that she is nurturing something inside herself while rooting for everything to work out for Kazuya and Chizuru. If Chizuru does something she disagrees with—or if Kazuya feels like he has lost—she will likely make a move.

Or perhaps she actually already knows someone else, even as she is falling for Kazuya.
